We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States 🇺🇸.

⏳ Processing & Shipping Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes preparing and scheduling your shipment. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

🚛 Shipping Methods & Costs

We use trusted freight and logistics partners to deliver pallets safely:

LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload) for individual or smaller pallet batches.
Full Truckload shipping for large bulk orders.

Shipping Costs vary based on your location, order size (single pallet vs. full truckload), weight, and dimensions. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

📦 Delivery Details

A valid delivery address is required for all shipments.
Customers must ensure clear access for large delivery trucks.
Liftgate service may be required for residential deliveries. Please inform us ahead of time if you need special delivery arrangements.

🔍 Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details (if available). Our team will assist you with transit updates upon request.
Damaged or Missing Items: If your pallet arrives damaged or incomplete, take clear photos immediately and notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order information. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Failed Delivery / Redelivery: Additional redelivery fees may apply if a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an inaccessible location, or if no one is available to receive the shipment.
